Web-based Incident Report and Data Entry System (WIRED)
- WIRED Introduction - ODA's Community Long-term Care Division has introduced a new web-based system for incident reporting and data management. The new system, known as WIRED, will streamline the current process and reduce the reporting burden. It will also make it possible for PASSPORT Administrative Agencies to track provider performance and PAA incident management. This Webinar is appropriate for all staff who are responsible for creating, supervising and managing incident reporting and for PAA quality assurance staff working with provider performance. PAAs will be required to implement the WIRED system begining December 1, 2008.
The Partnership for Long-term Care Insurance
