A Place to Review Proposed Rules that Would Affect Older Ohioans

Prior to filing a proposed rule with JCARR, the Department will post a draft of a proposed rule on this Web site in search of your comments and suggestions. Your participation in this stage of the rule-making process is very important. Based upon your input, the language of a draft rule may be improved before advancing to the next stage of the rule-making process.

Click the rule title to open the draft rule document. These document are in Adobe Portable Document Format and will require Adobe's free Acrobat Reader or equivalent software to view. The file size is noted in parentheses. Please allow extra time for larger files (200kb or larger) to load.
