Managed Enrollment For Home- and Community-based Programs - We closely monitor enrollments and dis-enrollments from our PASSPORT, Assisted Living and PACE programs. Due to budget constraints, we have had to reduce the number of new enrollments per month and a wait list has formed. We encourage consumers who need these services to apply for them and get on the wait list. For most, the wait period is about one week.
